Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
7-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of the Drop off /Delivery date. The Delivery date is the date recoded by the shipping company and the date you will receive delivery confirmation Email . Items received after this 7-day period will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
We do charge 25$ restocking fee for returned items.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:
Unworn Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, including but not limited to marks, scuffs, odors, or damage.
Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags must be attached to the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including dust bags, boxes, or protective wraps and Tag card.
Accessories: All accessories, such as belts, scarves, or decorative items that came with the product, must be included in the return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any item that does not meet these conditions.
The Return Process
Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please use from in the bottom of this page to reach a customer service team with your order number. Our team will determine the eligibility of return. you will receive an email with instruction to proceed and shipping labels.
Package Your Return: Securely package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Please include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number inside the package.
Ship the Item: You need to drop the item in original packaging with the label provided to the designated carrier company that we will provide via email.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible. We will waive the 25$ restocking fee for exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Please note that certain items, such as those marked as "Final Sale," are not eligible for a refund or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page
